National Lottery Euromillions Prize Money

I cannot find a category for the National Lottery\Gambling, hence, Regular Competition.

I just noticed that Tuesdays prize money is estimated £191M.

However, on checking last weeks (Friday 8th July 2022) results the jackpot was £194.8M - no winners.

Tuesdays (12th July 2022), the jackpot is £191M.

Can someone please explain why has the jackpot has been reduced to £191m from last weeks jackpot of £194.8m?

Think its capped at 220million euros so it won't roll over any further

And exchange rate fluctuations change what 220 million Euro's is in sterling.

Per Wikipedia it's €230 million now not €220 😃

The jackpot is in Euros and converted to sterling. At that level the jackpot remains constant in euro terms. Presumably the exchange rate has changed in between the two draws so it's now worth a bit less in £.
