Iceland bonus card - double bonus credit

Nearly missed posting this, it ends tomorrow. An online offer to top your bonus card up and get double bonus credit - £2 for every £20 you add. Once added the credit can be spent offline, so it isn't only for online shoppers. You need to have an Iceland online account linked to a bonus card to be able to do it though.

I'm adding another £400 to my card (via a 0% purchase credit card), will get £20 credit instantly and the extra bonus £20 by 19th. You need to spend the extra bonus in a couple of weeks but it comes off the card first so one shop will do it.

As the bonus card counts as a payment method, this can be used on conjunction with any discount codes, special offers or pensioner discount.

Can anyone please tell me if it's possible to order a replacement Iceland Bonus card, and if so, where on the website you need to be to do it ?

According to the Help guide in the app, 

"If you have lost your Bonus card or if you have had it stolen, you will need to call our Customer Service Team on 0800 328 0800 as soon as possible so we can disable your card.

We will send you a new card with a new number. Until we know it has been lost, we cannot put a block on anyone else using it."

Does that help you at all?

I do not know if your card is lost, or damaged, however, a call to the CST may enable a replacement to be issued anyway.
