Pru website a joke

 Today ive attempted to access some money from my pension, After filling numerous forms on line and answering questions by the bus load and finally hitting the accept button it flags up There is a problem please try later. Now I dont know wether the request has been sent or not . So im now going to have to phone them tomorrow to actually see if its been sent or not.. I gather a few more have had issues

    Can't offer advice, just sympathy.  Usually the forms will be saved on the system, just the request may need to be redone if that's any consolation - although I'm not with PRU so don't know for sure

    AFAIA, the only pru pension that allows drawdown is their Retirment Account.    None of their legacy pensions do.   Although most allow UFPLS.  But only some of those allow partial. Many only allow full UFPLS.

    So, could it be that the fault is because your type of pension doesn't allow the option you are trying?
    But yes, the Pru website is poor.  I don't know what the consumer side is like but the adviser side looks and feels like a 1990s website
