Was helping my friend with her re-mortgage and Natwest have already increased rates yet again.
She has appintment for tomorrow but the rates between Natest and Barclays not much maybe better off just sticking with Natwest than switching to Barclays.
ERC of £1k as deal on till 31/03 and to leave before 31/09 about £1k ERC.
Barclays 3.35%
Natwest 3.510 -

I went through the portal on the 11th and applied for the 5 year at 3.09%. There was an error on the page and appeared not to complete. Having called NatWest this morning, (queued for 30 minutes) it appears my application was lodged and the offer is being sent to me.
The same deal now appears to be 3.24%0 -
Just to update on this, NatWest claim to have sent the offer numerous times on email but still not received. They now claim that 24hr from Friday morning actually means COP Monday. Hopefully it will arrive as the offer expires after 2 weeks if not signed and agreed.
