EPC Energy Calculation and report - Worth it?

    And was wondering if paying for such a report is even worth it?
    If you're a landlord and want to know how to achieve legal compliance cheaply. or there's some other reason to want a "better" EPC, it could be.

    -  10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. SE London.
    -  Triple aspect. (22% ENE/ 33% SSE/ 45% WSW)
    -  Viessmann 200-W on Advanced Weather Comp. (the most efficient gas boiler sold)

    Got a quote for £500 for the survey and report. Yikes!

    Yeah that's it. If it was a £30 report or something I'd think otherwise but a £495 quote is a bit different again

    Like I don't understand where that £495 value is even coming from. If they're just basing it on an EPC report, that's not all that useful
