Skipton valuation complete, what next?

Hi all,

I am extremely anxious to say the least.
I have had a valuation done on 08/07/22, but on my tracking system it says pending- further information-
does anyone know what this means?

Have you tried asking them yourself?
  • If I could contact them and ask myself (as the offices are closed), there would be no point in asking on this forum 😒

But I take your point, was just asking people on their experiences.

@GMortgageadvice I would expect it to mean that Skipton is waiting for the valuation report to be returned by the valuer and okayed. If your valuation was only carried out on Friday, the report may not have been returned to Skipton yet. Hope your offer comes through soon, good luck!

If the valuation was only done on Friday you need to give them time to receive it and process it. I would give them at least a few working days, better still a week before chasing them on it.

Home improvement secured loans 30,130/41,000 and 23,156/28,000 End 2027 and 2029
    Mortgage 64,513/100,000 End Nov 2035
2022 all rolling into new mortgage + extra to finish house. 125,000 End 2036
  • Thank you both @SusieT and @K_S, it’s just been an anxious time, but I will do as you both have suggested and wait this week before I enquire again.

I just figured as it was a desktop valuation, they’d be a little faster in letting me know.
