Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except the employees of the Promoters (ASK Italian), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. Entrants to the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
4. To enter the competition, all entries must be submitted using the form on askitalian.co.uk/sanpellegrino and only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The opening date for entries is 12:00PM on Thursday 7th July 2022. The closing date for the prize draw is 11:59PM on Monday 8th August 2022. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
6. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoters.
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw from all qualifying entries performed by a computer process on 9th August 2022.
8. The winner will receive a £1,000 payment made to their bank account from ASK Italian through CHAPS. The winner must have a registered UK bank account to receive the prize. The Promoters take no responsibility for any missing sum from the prize once the transfer has been made. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no other prize will be offered.
9. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the closing date and be given details of how to claim the prize. The winner will receive the prize within two (2) months after claiming the prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of being notified of their win, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and will be subject to the same rules with regards to prize acceptance). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
