Cashback.co.uk issues getting £’s

Not sure if I’m posting this on the right thread but hopefully someone will answer me. Has anyone used cashback.co.uk? You complete tasks to earn £ back. I’ve got £58 on there and one task has been stuck pending for just over 3 weeks even though it said it would confirm within 15 days. I’ve contacted the help desk on cashback.co.uk with no response. Has anyone successfully used this sight before? Some of the tasks I did spend £2 here or there to be able to complete but I thought oh well I’ll get that back. No I’m thinking I may have been ripped off.
