Has anyone had any dealings with CRS. I have been offered a discounted settlement offer on a debt that I know nothing about!. My credit file is A1 with no missed payments or arrears. Online reviews are mixed, but the word scam appeared a few times.should I ring these guys or just ignore it. Thanks.

A standard response to a request for payment of a debt, especially one you do not recognise, is to send the "provit letter" to them, which can be found here -
