DESPERATELY NEED HELP

Really hoping someone can help me here as getting desperate now and feel like giving up.
I've been desperately trying to get into position to buy a house and felt that I was now in a position with only 1 default on my file which is now just over 5 years old
I spoke to a couple of Mortgage Brokers and 1 came back with a DIP from Natwest but said that Natwest don't issue there own DIP certificates. Just after being told this, another one of the Brokers that I had spoke with came back to me to say that only acceptance they could get me would be with Accord.
I don't know what to think now and feel that I may be just getting myself into a messy situation and getting messed around and left feeling deflated

I dont use Accord massively. I do Natwest though (or did before they went a bit rubbish earlier this year). I have only ever had 1 DIP agreed that then resulted in a declined application with them in 10 years.
Their DIPs in my opinion are pretty solid.
I am sure Accords are, but I have less experience with them.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. You've got DIP accepts with NatWest and Accord. What's the problem?I am a mortgage broker. I use Accord quite regularly and I very rarely have issues with the full application after a successful DIP. As a broker I find dealing with Accord much easier than Nat West as my BDM there is brilliant and actually answers the phone and genuinely tries to help. Rates are pretty poor at the moment though with them.0

Although NatWest don't issue a DIP certificate you can print out the full form which has the result visible on it0

I usually just screen dump the accept and turn it into a pdf.Cscott139 said:Although NatWest don't issue a DIP certificate you can print out the full form which has the result visible on itI am a mortgage broker.
