Self Assessment Payments

If your self assessment payment is over £30k then do HMRC not allow payment plans?
Do they offer any other kind of help with this level of tax?

Thanks

I don't think it's necessarily that they won't agree a plan/time to pay but maybe for large amounts they want to discuss it rather than you just setting up your own arrangement?

Ah yeah it says you can call them and ask.
Will see what they say. My self assessment is not yet submitted however so they might ask me to call back after.

They will when your account is updated which is normally a few days after submission. Presumably the £30k is due in January 2023, Does this include any payments on account which may also be due on that date?

In any payment arrangement HMRC will want to know how any payments becoming due within the arrangement timescale are to be financed.
