Chase Round Up - Not getting 5% interest

I’ve searched forum and can’t see my exact issue. Apologies if I’ve missed it though of course.
I have a round up account with Chase Bank which is supposed to pay 5% interest. Balance for June roundup was £15ish at the beginning of June. But I received 5p in interest from Chase for the month of June.  

I believe this should be closer to 75p as it should be for 5% interest on £15 balance.
I’ve tried asking Chase CS but they keep quoting scripts to me that have nothing to do with the interest I’ve been paid on this account. It’s such a low amount too and I’m starting to feel
a bit silly.

Remember it is 5% AER, that is you will get roughly 5% / 12 per month.
