Small prizes up for grabs - not earth shattering but it is an entertaining game to play.  If anyone else has been playing I am stuck on the level where Aunt Linda asks the avatar to find a fashionable outfit - any hints or tips gratefully received.

WHAT IS THE VIRTUAL HILL?

The Virtual Hill is a live digital environment that allows users to react to events in The Championships, Wimbledon (“The Championships”) on each day of play.
Users can:
- Customise their avatar and their blanket,
- Explore and move around the Wimbledon Virtual Hill, big screen, secret garden and American Express area in a fun and engaging way,
- Complete Missions and quests to earn points & “WimbleCoin” (as further explained below), and participate in competitions,
- Interact with quizzes on the big screen to gain knowledge about Wimbledon;
- Invite Friends (max 5) and explore the Virtual Hill with them, sharing reactions,
- Capture selfies and share them on socials,
- Unlock more as The Championships continue, including exclusive items for American Express cardmembers; and
- Win money can’t buy experiences as well as Wimbledon/American Express prizes throughout (collectively, the “Prizes”).

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Virtual Hill will allow uses who have collected sufficient experience points in accordance with the mechanics detailed above to enter various prize draw competitions from time to time. The terms and conditions relating to such competitions are as follows:

-         The Promoter of the prize draw is the AELTC.

-         The prize draw is open to all individuals who:

o   use the Virtual Hill and have collected sufficient experience points in accordance with the mechanics detailed above;

o   are over the applicable age limits (which will never be younger than 13 years of age at a minimum) communicated by AELTC on a competition-by-competition basis via the Virtual Hill. If the prize to be won includes tickets, at least one of the individuals attending on said tickets must be 18 years of age or over;

o   reside in the territory or territories communicated by AELTC on a competition-by-competition basis via the Virtual Hill;

o   qualify for the applicable Prize from time to time, during the applicable dates,

except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

-         The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

-         All entries must be submitted via the Virtual Hill and only one entry per person is permitted for bronze competitions per day; one entry per person per week for the silver tier competition; with only one entry per person across The Championships for the gold tier competition.

-         The opening and closing times/dates for entries will be communicated at the appropriate time via the Virtual Hill. Entries received after the closing time/date this will not be considered.

-         The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

-         A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on the date specified from time to time via the Virtual Hill.

-         The winner will receive the prize(s) specified from time to time via the Virtual Hill.

-         The Promoter shall not be responsible for any expenses, taxes, customs and duties incurred or to be incurred by the winner in relation to the collection or use of any prize (for example, travel and/or accommodation).

-         If a winner is unable to use their prize, they shall inform the Promoter and, if they are a physical prize, return the prize to Promoter as soon as possible.

-         Any prizes which are tickets to The Championships shall be governed by the Promoter’s Conditions of Sale and ticket holders shall adhere to the Promoter’s Conditions of Entry with respect to entry the grounds of The Championships.

- The winner will be notified by email by the AELTC before the date specified from time to time via the Virtual Hill, and (where the prize is physical goods) must provide a postal address to claim their prize. Where the prize is tickets to The Championships, these tickets will be digital and the winner and their guest(s) will be required to set up a MyWimbledon account to obtain said tickets. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 (fourteen) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

-  Where the prize is physical goods, it will be sent to the winner by second class post within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the winner’s desired postal address. For the avoidance of doubt, any autographed items will not be items that have been used by the signor.

-         The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

-         The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

-         The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

-         The winner’s initials and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The AELTC, PO Box 98 London SW19 5AE within 30 (thirty) days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.

-         Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these competition terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these competition terms and conditions.

-         The Promoter cannot promise that the services relating to the competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the competition is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

-         Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

-         Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any AELTC media.

-         Personal data supplied during the course of this survey may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. All data collected and captured will be done so in line with the Privacy Policy.

-         The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts..

Items of clothing do eventually appear in the same way that the pigeons and tennis balls etc did, took quite some time before I saw the first one.
