After waiting for over a year for a reply from the DWP, after saying i was priority, it now says as my mother in law passed over 4 years ago, no documentation is kept in the department which prevents them reviewing her case, but i got a 40 minute phone call from the department after i contacted my M.P to say my case was still alive but their will have to contact HMRC to get the records, but this could take a long time, at the end on the conversation i was offered £50 for the time this dad taking, and also asked to drop the complained i had made, i refuse to drop the complained.
Is this true that the HMRC still has these records and are there any staff looking into this as i could not get a answer off the caller
Any help will be greatful0 -
do you reason to have to believe she was underpaid?
