Would like to buy a discontinued item but the only company I can find that has stock is the manufacturer and whilst the do do direct to consumer sales they dont ship to the UK
Anyone know of a trustworthy parcel forwarding service in France or Germany? Its probably a one off requirement so dont want something with a subscription model.

Try shiply.comGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

Given the size of the sofa, it's freight forwarding (rather than parcel), so I don't think you'll find any courier service which would accept delivery before forwarding to another country. Shiply will pick up from the retailer, and deliver to you in the UK - it's just one collection/delivery transaction.Sandtree said:Thanks for the suggestion @marcon and its probably me being a bit dense but I can't see any parcel forwarding service on their site? ie where the retailer delivers the parcel to them in France and they then relable it and deliver it to me in the UK.
Start with https://www.shiply.com/how-it-works and that should help.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
Apologies - brain clearly on vacation! Where on earth did I get the idea...Sandtree said:Its not a sofa @marcon, its a small box and about 2kg
If the manufacturer permits collection from their premises, then the Shiply route would work well. If they don't, then I'm afraid I can't suggest what you actually asked for(!).Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
