Remortgage Question - Can rate change after application?

Apologies if this is a daft question but does a remortgage application lock in the interest rate? I'm currently with HSBC but I've applied for a remortgage with Lloyds and have received a document outlining the monthly payments and rate. It's now at the legal stage where the solicitors are doing their thing.
Assuming it all goes smoothly have I locked in the interest rate at the point of application? Or can Llloyds pull it?

Thank you. That’s a relief because the product I’ve applied for no longer exists.0
