Uk based app recommendations for logging work hours?

Do any of you know of a good app like in the picture that I can input my daily working hours?And calculate the daily, weekly and monthly total. Not bothered if it doesn’t calculate earnings £ but would be a bonus. All the apps I’ve come across are US based not UK

What's wrong with a US developed app? Same number of minutes in an hour over there as here.
Chances are most will have localisation so whichever country the developer happens to be in the app will show the currency symbol/date format of the user... screenshots used in the App Store will probably be US because they are the biggest market.
The app in your screenshoot looks like one from Appostrophe AB who are a company in Sweden not the US1 -
The best app would be excel or similar because then you can make a spreadsheet which does exactly what you want and also any calculations that you want.
