Hey, trying to secure a below 3% fixed rate....Lloyds
Can't decide between a 5 or 10 year fix....This is our forever home so no plans to move.
With interest rates increasing almost daily what are people gut feelings....?
Santander pulled their 5-year fix 2.74% last night and now its over 3.3%!

Depends on your circumstances, if you definitely wont be moving in the next 10 years.
I personally prefer 5 years and hate paying ERC.1
