Pay off all mortgage, or leave a relatively small balance?

Hi All,

Apologies if this has been done to death. Should I pay off all my mortgage, or leave a relatively small amount (£15K) to run over 12 years @ Base rate + 0.99% ?

Trying to decide if there is any reason not to pay it off completley?
