Share to buy

Hi all. Advice desperately needed. I had a dro last august which I revoked when my finances changed and paid off in full. (Divorce settlement) All debts showing as satisfied. I tried to buy 25% share of a home cash buyer told them everything. Was able to pass rsc check affordability etc and choose kitchen carpets and plot. 5 weeks in they refused me due to dro which is fully satisfied and paid off within the year. I am disabled with 2 children and a section 21 that runs out on the 11th July 22. I’m desperately seeking other forms of housing but they have left me with so little time to do so. Iv purchased furniture etc for our forever home to have it snatched away from us. I am a cash buyer it should be so simple yet they have treated me horrendously. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. They said I could reapply in 8 weeks however they have sold all the plots including the one I chose. I’m desperate almost homeless mum of 2 that really needs some help x

Section 21 is asking to leave, that does not mean you have to only a court can order that
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I'm sorry this has happened to you. Have you contacted your local council housing department? They may be able to help. Also might be worth getting in touch with HOLD (Housing for long-term disabilities). They help people with long-term disabilities buy homes. Not everyone will qualify but worth an ask. There is also SHELTER who may be able to help. Please don't despair. I'm sure people more knowledgeable than me will come along to advise you further.
