Insurance for renting out parking space with Justpark etc.

Hi, I'm lucky enough to own a house with a drive big enough to rent out a couple of parking spaces and was getting ready to set myself up on Justpark.com when I saw Martin's advice to check with mortgage and insurance first. 

Mortgage is fine, but the house insurer (Co-op) checked with their underwriters and they refused cover, and I'd have to cancel my policy if I wanted to proceed. Not ideal. Can anyone recommend a house insurance provider who definitely covers renting out a parking space?  (They all should of course, but it seems they don't!)
