Hi,
After some advice regarding whether to go through car or home insurance.
Partner crashed into wall partially knocking it down. I have tidied it up but the wall is weak.
Would u be better claiming on our home insurance or the car insurance. She is a named driver on my car.
Would the insurance company demolish the rest of the wall and rebuild a new one?

So presumably you have hit your own wall?
In which case damage to the car goes through the car insurance and damage to the wall goes through the Home insurance. You cannot sue yourself and so cannot claim damage to your wall from yourself to require your car insurers to cover it as a third party loss.
Insurers will take the route that is most cost effective whilst remaining safe. If the remainder of the wall is structurally sound they will just rebuild the demolished section and time will have to pass so that the new mortar matches the old etc.1
