Self employed expenses whilst job searching

I am registered as self employed and received SEISS during Covid. I was unable to find work during that period, and am now filling in my tax returns online. Would I be able to claim expenses (for example wifi and mobile, as I was using these to search for work) as the only income I received for the last tax year was the grant?
