Bankruptcy indefinite suspension of discharge - limitation

If an individual 1999 bankrupt had automatic discharge suspended in 2001 is it still effective 2022? The original bankruptcy was pre-Enterprise Act 2004.

Yes they do.

Yes - discharge suspended indefinitely. Until that person complies with whatever request the Official Receiver had.4
