Insolvency and asset service has not removed restrictions againt the property

After going through a bankrupts period, we had a letter back in 2020 from the insolvency service stating the property has now been re-vested to us, enclosing re-vested certificates and that they/he had instructed the Land Registry to remove the restrictions.
Our solicitors informed us that this has not been done and it may be an oversight on the insolvency service to which my solicitors said "they'd contact the chap who dealt with this to get it signed.
My question how do we solve this problem if in the event that we are unable to ask the insolvency company to instruct the LR to remove the restriction even though we have the dated and signed letter and certificates of Re-vesting?
