Fixed Rate Mortgage Announcements

I'm wondering if there's anywhere where banks announce changes to their fixed rate mortgages? Do they publish these in advance or are they just changed on the day without notice?

My broker said she gets emails notifying her of upcoming rate changes. The banks don't always give a lot of notice though, it can be a few hours to a few days I think. I imagine they publish this information on their intermediary websites as well but perhaps only after the fact.

I had a BTL remortgage in April which I remember having to rush as my broker emailed in the morning saying that she'll need to put in the full application by 8pm that evening to get the rate and to send across some pending documents that I hadn't yet.

I don't know if there's anything similar for the direct to bank borrowers.

I've been wondering this too. Are there still banks who have yet to raise their rates following last week's announcement, or have they all done it now?
