If you home has been repossessed what are they proposing to place the charging order against?

Was this debt incurred before your bankruptcy?
Send them details of your bankruptcy if the debt was included in it.
If you get any court papers again include details of when you were made bankrupt as your defense (all assuming the debt was initially incurred before you were made bankrupt).
It won't look good for mfs portfolio trying for a charging order against a debt written off by bankruptcy on a property repossessed by said bankruptcy.

May you find your sister soon Helli.

As above, any debts incurred prior to the date you were declared bankrupt are included in it.

Only some fines and other certain particular debts are excluded from it.

You should write both to the creditor and the court enclosing a copy of your bankruptcy order, as that asset is no longer yours, they cannot place a charge on it.
