can I now include HP car in bankruptcy

Hi
I took out a HP agreement in October 2021 and made bankrupt in March 2022. The official receiver has said I could carry on paying the HP agreement.
within 2 months of the purchasing the car I've had to carry out nearly £1000 of repairs since purchasing. the dealer has said he will refund me the amount which he hasn't looks like he done a runner. finance company don't want to know. and the cars still not right.
if i stopped payment and the car gets taken back. will the debt be covered in my bankruptcy?

official receiver phoned me today and confirmed that the debt will be included in the bankruptcy. So I can return the vehicle shocking service from the dealer and finance company.2
