Awaiting collection of my returns

Hi all, hope someone can help. My daughter wanted a washing machine from my Very catalogue, so it was ordered. Within days of it arriving still in its wrapping and in the same place in my garage where they delivered she changed her mind. I immediately contacted Very for the return collection, no problem they said delivery company will contact to arrange collection, this was 9th April.. many phonecalls later and complaining that I have received no phonecall and washing machine is still in my garage, I get an apology and then promised they will get it collected.. still waiting I'm getting rather fed up now and quite anxious to ring them again.. can anyone advise what I can do to get them to come and collect it. It's been over 2.5 months now..
