Mortgage application - what do you think?

So, I know no one has a crystal ball but I’m tearing my hair out waiting to hear back from my mortgage application.
I’m going through Shared Ownership and they have worked my affordability out on a 40% share so £118,000 comes the math…
I have a £15000 deposit which brings my mortgage down to £103000
My only financial commitments are my car - £280 a month (£20000 car finance) and a loan - £90 a month (£2500) left to pay. I’ve cleared everything else off and just have my normal outgoings that come out every month - rent, council taxes etc.
My gross annual salary is £34308
My credit report is great, no late payments, defaults etc.
My broker got me a DIP with TSB and has applied for the mortgage today so I have a bit of a wait but I fear I might lose my mind in the meantime.
