Hairdresser has wrecked my hair

I am devastated with my hairdresser as she has ruined my hair with faulty products from internet. I’ve had to have about 12 inches cut off. I feel so depressed and can’t stop crying.

I'm sorry to hear that, it seems a very common occurrence unfortunately. Over on the Long Hair Community many members have been through this and then discover how to take care of their hair themselves and reduce the risk of this happening again (it's also moneysaving as we don't advocate any 'miracle' products, and going to the hairdresser less frequently or not at all saves money).
There'll be many people who can sympathise if you wish to vent there.

Is she your regular hairdresser?
Did she tell you she was going to use products she purchased online before doing so?
Had she used these products on anyone else before you?0 -
Is this a salon? If so, you need to go back or contact them in writing, tell them what has happened and ask for it to be sorted/ a refund. If you aren't sure what to say, look on your local Trading Standards website.
I had a really bad experience about 15 years ago & did this, I got a refund & also the cost of 2 more haircuts at a high street salon to make the damage less awful.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇
