Cambridge to Winchester to Brighton to Cambridge by public transport

I'm looking to travel from Cambridge to Winchester and from there go to Brighton for a few days before returning to Cambridge. Will I have to buy three separate single train tickets (Cambs to Win; Win to Btn, Btn to Cambs?) or is there a cheaper option?

I put this into Trainsplit, which allows you to stipulate a via point separately for outbound and return, and it has proposed a return ticket to London, and then some interesting things called "Evening Out Singles" with a total combined fare of £102.50. Don't know how that compares with what else you had in mind. Those singles have time restrictions, you have to be leaving London aft 12.00 for example.1

Thanks for the heads-up on Trainsplit. I've booked single tickets as this worked out cheaper.0
