Paying Voluntary Class 2 NIC top up

I am currently 63 and in receipt of an actuarily reduced teachers pension, having retired at 55 in 2014.
I will according to the government forecast be 6 years short of contributions to receive the full state pension at 66 and 1 month.
I have recently undertaken some exam invigilation in my local school, and have read on GOV.UK website that for NIC only, invigilators are considered as eligible to pay voluntary Class 2 contributions for the year.
Given that I am employed by the school to carry out invigilation, does anyone have any thoughts on what I need to do in order to pay the voluntary Class 2 NIC to give me an additional years state pension contribution.
Do I need to register as self employed or is there some other mechanism in need to follow.
If this is possible I intend to do this for subsequent years and to buy any additional shortfall at voluntary class 3 as required nearer the time of my accessing SP.
TIA

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

Thank you for the link provided it provided some interesting reading.
However it does not give any insight into the main question I had around whether given that I am being employed by the school to carry out invigilation duties, how I can also be considered to be self employed for NIC purposes only for the same role., and how to set this up.
I was hoping that others would have experience of this given that it is a legitimate way to make voluntary Class 2 NIC payments to gain a years SP contribution.
I am going to also ask in school today to see if they can provide any guidance.

HMRC might be a better starting point.
I suspect it's more a question of how do you go about paying rather than if you can pay.
