You don't have to answer this. In 2020 you were "discharged from bankruptcy." but within 2 years you sell a car worth over 10k.

Anyway, good luck and I hope you get your money sorted.
OP, I'm a bit confused, you had a car in Oct 2019 that they wanted valued at about "7k"

Could it something to do with that, IE the 50k you own to the org/people/business/etc has made a claim/etc?

Either way, good luck I hope you get it all sorted tomorrow.
It’s not that hard to save up after a bankruptcy is discharged and all your debts are cleared. You actually have spare money to save instead of all your salary going on countless charges and interest.

The original £7k car was taken as part of the bankruptcy order.

However after an hour and 40 minutes on the phone today, I got the all clear from the bank that the error in the cheque came from the payee and not anything to do with my account. I queried why I’m having issues with Nationwide and their constant referral to my bankruptcy. Well it turns out that when I was first made bankrupt I had a ISA and current account. The ISA and it’s contents were taken as part of the bankruptcy and the current account was spared. But under my customer profile, it still says no money allowed in or out of account xxxx.. which is referring to the ISA account. Staff seem to misread this and not double check the account numbers. Just assume it’s relating to my current account.

I’m now going to look for another bank, where i can be rid of this red flag once and for all.

I can see where you are coming from.
    I'm glad it's all over.

Er, you do have the £10K though? That's the main thing I'd be worrying about :D
