Historic CSA Dissolved by DWP

I was awarded a mere £30,000 for child maintenance for my 3 children for 16 years, after zero cooperation from my self employed husband.
This was taken to court and a charge was put on the house in favour of me on an estimation of maintenance owed in the name of the DWP. When my husband forced me to legally sell to get his £100,000 ( not bad for never paying a penny towards the mortgage) from his legal share of the house, when my solicitor looked to remove the £30,000 the charge had been removed by the former CSA.
The explanation given to me by the lady from CMS was that during the transfer to the new CMS all historic claims were dissolved!!! As you can imagine I was devastated!!!
It is in the hands of my MP now who finds it unbelievable but has not received one email back from the Secretary of State for the department of Work and Pensions, despite several attempts.
My husband has since received his money which left me having to uproot my home for 36 years and move 35 miles away to afford a new home. Living at my daughters in the meantime in fear of his threats he would take me to court.
The years I had fought to get help to get financial help, at times left me drained, helpless and I did have a major breakdown eventually!!! All wiped out!!
I will continue to fight my cause and I am interested to find out if anyone else has had the same experience?
please let me know.
