I won a trip to Peru and now they arent responding

Hi I won a trip to Peru and Machu Piccu trek with Pura Aventura holidays prior to covid pandemic. Because of this it was postponed in 2020 and again as things were still bad over there in 2021. I had been in touch with one particular lady who was keeping me informed and we had planned for this year but now no one is responding to my emails. Do I have a right to insist on the competition prize. It was a joint competition with cafe direct who stuck to their prize and sent coffee beans so I know it wasnt a scam

Phone is always best if you want to get a response or find out if there's a problem.1

It may be possible that the person that you were corresponding with, may have left the company. As someone else suggested, it may be worth ringing the company.
