Log in to local government pension

Have not accessed my online account recently. Today I was trying to log in my account with username but could not do it.. Seems I need to register to pension point is that a new requirement? Thanks

There are 90 plus (if I remember correctly) LGPS schemes each with separate online services although some may share service providers. Which scheme are you in?0

LPFA recently changed admin software supplier - 'PensionPoint' is just the name being used for the member portal from the new supplier, so the short answer is 'yes'.
