I’m new to the forum I had a second mortgage with first plus 16% interest rate between 2000 and 2014 complained about the interest on multiple occasions to them and FOS turned down 3 times I tried talking to FOS again recently about these historic complaints and they have said they can’t reinvestigate again any ideas what to try next please

Per your other post, the lender has no obligation to give you lower rates, nor can the FOS force a lender to give you better rates - it's a commercial decision to give you whatever rate they think you should have, you can't complain that it's incorrect. Complaint will be time barred anyway0

If you considered the interest rate to be unreasonable, you had the option of not agreeing to it and searching for something better.0
