Thanks for the replies everyone, would you advice to go through step change or should I deal with the creditors myself? Also if I was to set up a DMP should this be from an account I don’t use for my priority bills and daily use or does that not matter?Thanks0

If you set up any sort of debt management arrangement and have debt with your bank, or any institution that is financially linked to your bank, you need a new account into which your salary and out of which DDs are paid.
If your credit is impaired, you may be advised to get a basic bank account. Card access, DDs and internet banking but no overdraft. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
You can set it up yourself, plenty of help out there e.g nedcab have a really good step by step site but many set up via Stepchange or Payplan, Christians again Poverty and then once everything has settled down take over it themselves for a little more control over who gets what and when."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "1
