I am wrong in thinking that the self assessment return will have the P60 information pre-populated or do I have to type this in again?

It is for me as I left work early and getting the company pension and is prepopulated.
I don't think it was when I worked but this could have changed.0 -
It will be self evident, but if it is prepopulated, you should check the figures against your P60 etc anyway.0

Thanks Jeremy - unfortunately it was a previous job and they haven't sent me a P60 yet (chased today) I am due a large refund so I didn't want to keep holding on.Jeremy535897 said:It will be self evident, but if it is prepopulated, you should check the figures against your P60 etc anyway.0 -
Were you employed by them on 5 April ?1

As you were not in that employment they at 5April 2022 they are not required to give you a P60.
Do you have a copy of your P45 when you left?
Is the figure pre populated for the pension the amount paid since December 21 or does it include your pay and tax from your employment up to December 21.

The pension company will give him a P60 as that is who is paying him at 5 April.
