Studio line free postage code - HELP!

I have very foolishly decided to trust Studio no to rip me off again. I ordered 25 pounds worth of stuff and used a code for free postage...they have said now that one of the items is 'sold out' (despite them having sent me more brochures with the item still being advertised in it since then) This has taken me under the 20 pound limit and I am being charged full postage.... Long winded...so why am I here? The girl on the phone wants the code I used - I told her I didn't have it, I had written it on the order form and sent it to them...Has anyone got it? Do you know what the code is? Also I notice it claims that postage is 2.95 and you get it free...yet now I'm being charged 4.99. Any help accepted gratefully (though comments about me being stupid to buy from them are not really necessary - I've learnt my lesson!)

the free delivery code around at the moment is 033. My MIL used it and 3 of her items were out of stock and she wasn't charged P&P even though the order was then below £10!! She has since reordered the items- a fireplace garland and candle rings.

Yep it's 033 I had the same literature through. Unfortunately OH chucked it out in the recycling bin which was emptied yesterday but I am almost sure that there was no order limit (as I was also tempted to order) though I can't remember if they stated what the free delivery was but I do know their standard delivery is £4.99.

I'm also arguing with Studio over a free tin of roses I was entitled to and they never deducted the £10 from my bill (using a voucher code!) Useless! The stuff I got from them was a good price and like their sister company ACE, they offer different items, especially personalised stuff but their customer service is shocking.
