@Thechiefy Thanks for posting but it would appear that you have not entered the end date in the Closing Date field. The Closing Date field can be found immediately under the Title field when Posting or Editing the post.
This date needs to be entered in the format 17/06/2022 and is important as it is this field that "closes" the thread and gets it moved to Game Over after it expires.
Also the End Date in the Title should be in the board standard format of E: 17/06 
The title should read something like E: 17/06 Win a £50 Bar Tab for Northern Box Bar (FB/IG)
