Can you clarify, did you reach  SPA  pre 6/4/2016?

When you say "annual increase promise", do you mean GMP? Or excess?

Thanks for your help yes SP 9/15 and my comments with respect to promises wasn’t GMP  but was for the main plan.  I was fortunate enough to be able to defer both my wife’s and my SP for many years under the old much more generous rules and we were very fortunate to be able to. 

I left their emplyment in 1993 to start my own business so what relevance that might have to pre- and post- 88 I’m unclear.
