WIN A HOLIDAY TO BARCELONA

1. 1.The Perfume Shop Limited’s (“TPS”) Win a Holiday to Barcelona prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of TPS or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. 2.No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. 3.To enter the Prize Draw, go to: www.theperfumeshop.com/bosscomp (“TPS Website”) and complete the entry form providing your email address and phone number.
4. 4.Entries must be received by 9am Sunday 19th June 2022.
5. 5.There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

7. 7.The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by Monday 27th June 2022 and notified by email and / or telephone using the details provided by Monday 27th June 2022. Age verification and identification may be required.
8. 8.Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize by Monday 4th July 2022. If they do not do so, then TPS reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. Once the winner has claimed their prize, Four Corners (“Prize Provider”) will contact the winner to arrange booking of the flights and accommodation on their preferred dates. The winner and their companion must be available to travel within 9 months of notification of the prize. This prize is not available over Christmas (departing 23 December 2022 – 2 January 2023), and the following dates 15 July – 5 September 2022; 22-29 October 2022; 23 December 2022 – 2 January 202; 11-18 February 2023; 1-16 April 2023; 27 May – 4 June 2023; 18 July – 4 Sept 2023 and 21 October – 28 October 2023.
10. 9.The following conditions apply to the flights offered as part of the prize: a. Flights will be booked by the Prize Provider who will provide carrier details of applicable flights. b. The winner and their companion will travel on the same flight. c. Special requests from the winner, such as specific routes or carriers, that incur additional costs over and above the cost of two economy class return flights will be clearly quoted in writing for the winner’s approval prior to the holiday being booked. Such costs will be at the winner’s own expense. d. Preferred airline carriers cannot be guaranteed as all flights are subject to availability. e. Standard allowances for carry-on and hold baggage that is included in standard fare for the applicable flight are included in the prize. Excess luggage charges are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion. f. Once a booking is made and flight tickets have been issued, they are only valid for the flights, dates and times shown. Name changes to the winner’s travel companion’s flight seat once confirmed are not permitted.
11. 10.The winner and their companion are responsible for organising and paying for their own expenses including, but not limited to, travel to airports, food and beverages, spending money, travel insurance, medical expense, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental costs, city taxes, and any other costs, charges, taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winner and their companion in claiming the prize.
12. 11.The winner and their companion are responsible for obtaining suitable travel insurance, necessary visa and health requirements (e.g. vaccinations) and must have a valid passport (with an expiry date no less than six months following the proposed dates of travel or such other duration that may be required by any relevant regulation) to travel.
13. 12.It is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion to check any travel advisories issued by the UK Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. TPS will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the winner or their companion arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the UK Government. TPS will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the winner or their companion due to any Covid-19 restrictions in the UK or Spain.
14. 13.Once booked and no later than 14 days prior to travel, the winner will receive flight, accommodation and activity confirmations and/or tickets in a format dictated by the selected airline carrier, accommodation and activity provider.
15. 14.Any decision of TPS as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of the TPS Website or any other reason.
16. 15.The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is solely for the prize winner only and cannot be transferred to any other individual. In the event that the prize winner does not take any element of the prize for any reason, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed.
17. 16.Images used are for visual purposes only. The Prize Provider reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
18. 17.By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of TPS’s control and TPS will not be liable for any such instances.
19. 18.TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
20. 19.The winner’s surname and county will be available on request for one month after the prize has been claimed by sending an email to The Perfume Shop Customer Services at customerservice@theperfumeshop.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to The Perfume Shop Customer Services at customerservice@theperfumeshop.com by 27th June 2022. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
21. 20.The winner may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
22. 21.By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by TPS for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with TPS’ Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at: http://www.theperfumeshop.com/privacy-policy. The personal data of the winner will be passed on to the Prize Provider for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
23. 22.By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
24. 23.TPS will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by the prize winner and / or their companion in connection with the Prize Draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
25. 24.The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
