Mrs G-C followed that, sent the form by post and then received the details by the email mentioned.  Looks like it is genuine so we can make the payment.
I will check the email address matches what it shows first.

A secure online portal would be better but they don't seem to have that.

But you can check, any time, how much is in your pot by logging in to your Online Account. This will help you keep track of how your investments are doing and give you an idea how much you might have when you retire.
