Whats the best time to reserve hard to find items?

in It's gone, but was it any good?
Anyone know when Argos update the stock on there shops instore systems? Is it just after closing or before opening? Thanks.

    FloFlo...i think its updated whenever an individual store gets it delivery....

    Uncollected reservations expire when the store closes every night. Items that are being delivered are available to reserve as soon as it's at the warehouse, usually 3-5 days before arriving at the store.

    Delivery's are only scheduled through the warehouse...each item that is being delivered in will be available on the system to be reserved about 3-5 days before its due to arrive. The time that these items arrive on the system varies. Depends on how long the people at the DC take to process the delivery on the sytem...as soon as they schedule it...it will instantly be available on our systems.

    andd reservations which are not collected will expire once "the system has been shut down" usualy around 5-15mins after closing. Try reserving just after this time online or by txt or phone.!

    according to a lady at our local argos the best time to reserve items is 9.15-9.30 am, thats when the computers are updated with new deliverys:confused:
