Can someone please tell me where on Gateway to see if I receive the £6pw WFH credit, and if not to apply for it? Thanks.

Only your employer can pay you £6/week
Do you mean the tax relief on £6/week?
If so they your Personal Tax Account (assuming you don't complete Self Assessment returns).2 -
it will be part of your tax code if you are employed

Yes, I mean the tax relief. So if tax code is 1257L does that mean it is not being applied? Is there a place on Gateway to see how the tax code is calculated (signposting to exactly where would be helpful) and if it is not applied, how do I get it applied please?

Yes, look at the PAYE section.
But most people won't qualify for WFH relief in the current tax year.
What do your 2020:21 and 2021:22 P60's show your tax code as?
1288L would be common for 2021:22 if Covid-19 WFH expenses were included.2 -
Thanks D&C. And this is helpful https://www.theguardian.com/business/2022/may/14/hmrc-tax-break-home-workers-claim-covid-relief-office
