Pressure from TBI Financial Services

Hi, I am really struggling with TBI Financial services at the minute. I took out a Bamboo loan some 5 years ago which they have aquired. At the time of the loan i was living with my partner. I have suffered for many years with depression and anxiety which has resulted in a number of suicide attempts. At the time of the loan i was a functioning alcoholic and also a gambling addict and as such i coerced my partner at the time to agree to be guarantor. We have since broken up and i have constantly been in contact with TBI Financial about my mental health issues as well as the fact the i am in receipt of benefits and registered disabled, in addition i have freely admitted to them that i forced my partner to guarantee the loan to fund my addictions at the time. I have made an offer to pay then at £10 per month which is the most i can afford as i am in arrears with , water, gas, electric, council tax and rent in addition to tv license and other things. They have refused to accept this and are threatening to pursue my ex partner. Are they able to do this despite the fact she was coerced into this by my ?
Can you help please as it is seriously affecting my mental wellbeing ?
thank you

Yes, basically, the ex partner needs to make there own mis-selling complaint if they no longer want to be guarantor of your loan.
If pursuing the ex partner is not fruitful, and court action follows, you still just get to pay the £10 per month, if that is all that is affordable.
Affordability is everything these days.
