Pristine Competitions - seem too good to be true. These legit? With legit free entries? How are the winners contacted?

There are lots of this type of site as there is lots of money to be made (some people are sucked in by the supposedly "great" odds but ignore the entry cost)
Examples £1000 for £20 a go - £2,000 worth of tickets (100% basic profit on prize value)
£5000 for £1.99, £8,953 of tickets (79%)
£2,000 for £20, £4,000 worth of tickets (100%
You have to give full details when you enter, you also have to provide full details with a postal entry as well as having an account with them3 -
So on Facebook each one will say a certain amount of free entries through liking, sharing and tagging - reckon anyone actually wins doing that?0

For al I know they may if the entrants have followed the T&Cs - presumably the same applies to FB entries as it does for the free postal ones.
"All entrants must create an account prior to entering, and supply an email address to proceed in the competition."
