RPI for the last year

hi,
i am a divorced mum, who relies on monthly maintenance from my ex. he adjusts it every year according to the rise of inflation linked to the retail price index. I do not know how to find this for the year..i have searched the net, but only find monthly tables, how do i find the average for the the year from may to may?..does anyone know what the rpi is for the last year..
please help, and i thank you in advance

P.S. Annual % for any month is resulting % for the last 12 months. For example, (Headline/Underlying):
Mar 2004: 2.6%/2.1% for Apr 2003 - Mar 2004;
Feb 2004: 2.5%/2.3% for Mar 2003 - Feb 2004 ...0
